A former CEO and lifelong athlete, Tara spent 25+ years operating at the highest levels of performance—while quietly navigating the same internal struggles so many high performers face: chronic stress, imbalance, and disconnection from the body. Until a life-altering rare SCAD heart attack forced her to rethink everything she believed about success, strength, and the body. That moment wasn’t the beginning. It was the wake-up call.
