Who is this program for?
The VITAL Executive™ is for high-performing women 40+ who are doing everything right and still not getting results. You’ve seen doctors, tried programs, and been told your labs look normal. If you’re ready to find the root cause and fix it, this program was built for you.

What do I need to prepare for my first consult?
Before your appointment you will receive intake paperwork covering your health history, goals, diet, supplements, lifestyle, and prior lab work. Please complete it at least 24 hours in advance so your coach can begin building your custom plan.
Are labs and supplements included?
All Initial lab testing is included in your program. Supplement protocols and any re-testing needed are additional costs, built entirely around your unique results. We order only what is relevant to your case, which saves you money and keeps the focus where it matters.
